Journal Prompts for Working with Hathor

Sit with one or two of these. Don’t rush.

  • Where in my life have I denied myself joy because it felt irresponsible, selfish, or unsafe?
  • When I feel anger rise, what is it protecting? What does it want me to notice?
  • How do I experience pleasure in my body without guilt? Where does guilt still live?
  • What would balance look like for me right now? Where do I have a lack of harmony?
  • If joy were a form of devotion, how would my daily life change?
